Steel shot through a Full Rem choke

I would not do so.

All my purchases have specified no more than modified choke for steel.

The tube is only $10 and not worth risking a bulged barrel.

And to be honest, I have patterned all my shotguns with each tube and I find that most of the Modified tubes give nearly full choke performance with lead shot. You are really not losing much. I have one Remchoke in Modified that does better than full on the pattern board.
