Got my Ruger AR556.

Well, sort of. I actually put it on layaway. I got it on sale, paid the 20% down in cash and will pick it up around the 2nd week of December after I receive the gift card of my choosing from my place of employment for 20 years of service. I will choose a gift card for the store I bought it from and use it to pay the remainder of the balance.

In the meantime, I am stocking up on accessories for it. I just bought three 30rd. mags. I also get a gift card for Walmart for Christmas and will use that purchase more ammo, assuming there is any available at that time.

I figure I better do this now, as it's a near certainty that Clinton will become president and I can almost guarantee you that there will be another big rush on guns. AR's, ammo and mags will once again become as rare as hens teeth, and sell for ridiculous prices. I missed out the first time around, I'm not going to miss this time.

If you haven't gotten that AR you wanted yet, then you better do so today.
