First time i have ever given a bad review

Well there is a first for everything i guess. I had to give a bad review to a product. have any of you who make youtube videos ever done a bad review on a product? What if any reaction did you get from the manufacturer? I'm hoping ENO sees it and fixes the issues, but from the communication i got from them when i got in contact with customer support they seemed kinda indifferent to the issues i had.
