Jennings 22
So I'm going to get a Jennings 22 at the end of the week. It got a good deal on it (I wasn't going to pay much) and I'm really just getting it to have as a range toy, tackle box gun, and conversation piece. I know they are not the most reliable thing in the world but I have done a lot of reading about them. Some people's run 100% while others jam every other round. I am NOT planning on using it as a primary carry gun. My question is are there extra parts I should get to have on hand? One forum guy said the slides "wear out" after around 2000 rounds. Should I try to find a backup slide along with things like extractor, springs, etc? Thanks.
