Grab & Go ER Bag

Had an extremely high BP event (220/112) & chest pain this afternoon called wife (at work) to let her know I am headed to ER one mile from our house.

Grabbed my “Hospital Bag” containing:

Medical history, document showing the medications I currently take, sox, underwear, heavy flannel PJ’s, sweat bottoms, button up sweater, sturdy slippers, hair brush, denture case/brush/denture cleanser , shaving kit/deodorant/nail clippers, deck of cards, legal pad, pens , couple paperbacks, tablet/laptop & charger, $100 cash in small bills.

Went to ER, EKG (good), blood work (good), medicated, wasn’t a heart attack, BP down to 135/90.

Point of this post is it saved time to have a pre-packed “Hospital Bag”.
