Another career milestone

Monday I get promoted to Sr. Patrol Officer and start Advanced Patrol Tactics and Field Training Officer courses, then I will be reassigned to another patrol district.

I retired from the State in December and took a couple of months off then applied with a smaller agency and have been working patrol K9 since March, well apparently if you have a lot of experience and actually do your job you get noticed. This was not something that I actively sought out but I agreed to accept the position.

I get to influence a new generation of officers something that I look forward to being part of.
