Any Opinons on the American Tactical Yugo M70 AK-47?

In my (apparently) never ending search for a decently priced NIB O-PAP I ran across an American Tactical full wooden stock AK-47 made from a Yugo M70 parts kit. This one has a milled receiver, not a stamped 1.5 receiver similar to the O-PAP.

What is the forum's opinion of American Tactical in general, and of their Yugo AK-47s in particular? Does anyone have any experience with this one described as:
