Decent chat app for my website!

I am newbie here. I hope I will get some good reply. I am looking for decent chat app for my website. Actually I would like to contact with my customers with a chat platform, solve their queries and reply. Does anyone here use this kind of chat app for your website? if yes, then which one do you use? How do you pay per month for this? I have heard about ChatWing few days ago. But don't know how effective and reliable is this?
