Old peanut oil - what to do

I bought a 4.5 gallon jug of peanut oil a few years ago to use in my deep fryer. But, health problems stopped me from going fishing and I did not have anything else to deep fry. After reading about oil going rancid elsewhere on SB, I am trying to figure out what to do with this old oil. It is still in the unopened jug. So, what is the best use for this old peanut oil?
