"Maryland millionaire Daniel Beckwitt, 27, was indicted on murder charges on Thursday after Askia Khafra, 21, died on September 10 in his basement.

Khafra died from fire related injuries while digging tunnels under Beckwitt's home which he wanted for protection against nuclear war with North Korea.

Beckwitt would blindfold Khafra on his way to work on the tunnels each day.

This kept Khafra from knowing the way out, so he could not escape the fire.

Beckwitt, who is thought to be worth $3.7MM, was released on a $100K bond."
