Freeze drying food...

For those of you who either grown your own food, or buy fruits and veggies in bulk during harvest...would you be willing to pay a fee to take you prepared foods to a place and freeze dry it? This is a simple marketing study of sorts. I am trying to think of a service/business that I can use to assist other people in the community that will help me fit into the community and provide a needed service for everyone. Freeze dryers, at the low end, are at least $2,500. The commercial ones go on up!
