Poor man's battery charger

Made a interesting discovery. Several years ago we got Panasonic Cordless phones which use AAA batts that the phone recharges and they last for years.

I went to Battery Store the other day and got some AAA rechargeable batts and put them in and of course they charged right up so I got to thinking on my emergency lights they take AAA so I am going to start utilizing the chargers in all the Panasonic phones to keep batts charged up.

Now is there a cordless phone that uses AA rechargeable batts?
