5 Hour Energy in GHB?

As mentioned in title, does your GHB include 5 Hour Energy? Would it be effective in a SHTF event? What all do you keep in your GHB for maintaining your energy?

I do have 1 in my GHB, but I'm about to do a thorough review and update of my GHB and this question came to mind.
