Why does Hi-Point have a bad reputation? Never having owned a Hi-Point I have no first hand experience. The people who own a H-Point seem to like them. There are numerous good reviews out there. For example, James from The Firearm Blog did a review of a Hi-Point handgun. During the review the handgun did not have a single malfunction.
It seems if someone pays $300 for a handgun, and they get $300 worth of value, the consumer should have no complaints.
Maybe people spend $300 for a Hi-Point and expect Beretta quality?
So who here has a Hi-Point? Do you feel you got your moneys worth?
