Of course it doesnt, they would first have to condemn the Koran for encouraging slavery. They could actually do thier jobs and condem the large slave markets currently selling Africans as slaves in Libya, but, that would take ethics, currently no where to be found in thier Human Rights Counsel. What the UN currently has a surplus of are officials who were active in totalitarian and socialist governments from dictatorships around the globe.
