Sean Penn a Government Agent or Another Hollywood Boob?

Did the washed up actor Penn just deliberately help capture the worlds most wanted drug dealer, or did he just forget to leave his cell phone in his room? The formerly famous Metro sexual actor is known to support left wing causes, but that's hardly unique in Hollywood.

But who knows, maybe he wanted to help Mexican authorities. Or maybe he is just another Hollywood idiot. Word is the drug lord didn't even know who he was, but he tagged along with celebrated actress Kate Del Castillio, who the drug lord apparently was interested in due to her famous portrayal of a drug lord.

Let's go with the little actor did one for the right side for a change.
