Ten 5 gallon buckets, what to put in them?

So I've got some food in mylar and various other sources stored up. I just bought 10 5 gallon food grade buckets and got the mylar bags and o2 absorbers from amazon. Whats some ideas on what to store in them? I know this was asked a few months ago, but can't find the thread. TIA
