MOLLE and PALS: Whats the difference?

I see it a lot...people talking about gear with "MOLLE" straps/webbing. Nobody says PALS.

There is a difference and for those of us who are/were in the military we know.

So I wanted everyone else to know the difference and here is a good link explaining it.
