rat mouse controller question

I would be very interested and appreciative in people's experience of pest control, whether they've used the service of someone or are a controller themselves.

I would like to be a mouse and rat trapper for my. neighborhood.

I don't believe I have to hold qualifications (although the BPCA advices you do some courses with them).

I intend to use traditional snap traps, live traps and an air pistol, in time a terrier or two. So I don't intend to store chemicals.

Please respond if you've got any advice for me.
