Food Safe Jar Seals

I've got probably 40-50 glass jars, gallon size, with metal threaded lids measuring 4 1/4 inches (108 mm) inside diameter.

If I could find a proper food safe O ring or gasket, they could be utilized with O2 absorbers for dry food storage.

Been searching the net but striking out. Does anyone know where to get odd sized gaskets or seals?
