I recently bought a Ruger single ten. I got it for $300 at my local gun store. The gun looked great, seemed hardly shot and every locked up. I couldn't buy it fast enough. Well... first range trip and it's completely binding and locking up. Different ammo, and still failure. I'm stressing out because I now have a $300 paperweight. I give ruger a call and they send shipping labels at no cost and take the gun for repairs. They replaced the cylinder free of charge and in a few weeks it's back and shooting 22lr like nobodies business. I just got to say I've always been fond of ruger and have never had to use thier customer service. Them taking care of me on a used gun, just reaffirmed why they are a great company.
