Does anyone, remember the teaching's of the Catholic church before the 1960's, 70's and 80's? My wife and I have had a calling. We have returned to the Catholic Church to worship in our faith. We both remember when we where in the church as children things were different. Catechism was classes for religious studies and you learned what it was to be in the catholic faith and why God does the things he does and why Jesus died on the cross for us. We saw how the Sunday Church was to pray and worship Jesus and God. We also remember when the mass was held in Latin. In the 80's they still had parts of the mass in Latin. Now it is almost like a show: people talk in the pew during the mass, their is more Singing.
I would love to hear if anyone else has remember these and what do you think?
