Texas fishin pic heavy

Been hitting up my favorite lake allot here lately. Much to my surprise and pleasure my girlfriend loves to fish and I gotta be honest here guys....she usually outfishes me!

Heres a really nice bass she took on 4lb test while jigging for white bass and crappies.

Here's a mixed bag of white bass, crappie, and a striper or two.

An unusual catch here, again by the old lady on light ultra light gear. Unusual because it took a minnow tipped jig. Never heard of carp willing to take on that but she managed it. I'm guessing it was between 12 and 15 pounds.

Mixed bag here.

I've got more pics coming, Ill get em on here once I upload the rest off the phones. The striper fishing has been pretty darn good. No really big fish to report but allot of good eating size fish in the 18-24 inch range.

All these fish were caught using ultra light set ups. 4 and 6 pound spidermono and tiny jig heads tipped with small shad. All caught from shore.
