Square corner post question

I have a large amount of treated 6x6 (8 foot long) and 4x4 boards from a previous project. I need to fence in a pasture and was wondering about using the 6x6s as corner h-braced corners and for the occasional line post instead of the traditional round posts?

It would save me a lot of money to use materials we already have on hand. On the other hand, I just want to make sure it would work.

I was planning on using high tensile wire in the pasture.

Anybody have any experience with square posts for a high tensile fence? Have you run into any issues, or did it seem to work fine?
