I have a Cannon TS5934 safe and have been using it for about 5 years. I went to open it a few days ago and the passcode wouldn't work. I tried the original factory passcode and it didn't work. Not sure what has happened but I am in contact with Cannon to get the MRC for this safe. Just wanted to put a heads up out there for owners of the Cannon safes with the electronic locks, they can just reset out of the blue, I would suggest getting your MRC and putting it somewhere safe (not in the safe...)
