You need a lot more water (at the moment you look like you would run out of that first) - and you need the capability to filter/sterilize water you can find (so you don't need to store enough for months/years). There are good threads here about water filters.
You need more guns with longer range and better capability (ARs or AKs are good for both those). You need a lot more ammo (although that will be hard to get right now). Get some basic firearms handling training and then get some tactical firearms training. If you know someone with an recent infantry background, they may be willing to train you on the cheap.
You need hygiene supplies - to stay reasonably clean and hence healthy.
You need communications that are not dependent upon infrastructure (try Baofeng UV5Rs).
If you bug out, do you have some where to go? If not, organize somewhere in advance or at least recon out somewhere and then cache some more supplies there (and if it is a long way, some more along the route).
That 10 person tent sounds big - what is the plan with that?
You should consider another power source in addition to the generator. Solar panels, MPPT controller and AGM batteries are popular, quiet and effective. They can supply a modest amount of power for years - they will be still going years after your generator is an expensive boat anchor.
Look into medical supplies like bulk bandages, disinfectant, antibiotics (fish antibiotics can be a good prep) and OTC medications (all in addition to first aid gear.
Sanitation - what can you do if your suburban sewer fails? A chemical toilet may be an option....make sure you have excess of toilet paper.
Concealment - get some camo clothes and cam nets big enough to hide your tents and jeep. If you don't have private land to bug out to then you will need to be able to hide.
Increase the capability of your garden and consider chickens or rabbits. Consider indoor gardens like sprouts (search sprouts here on the SB).
Pack all your dry foods in 7 mil mylar with O2 absorbers - that way you won't have to keep buying it over and over. Get more food and buy a wider range of types to avoid menu fatigue.
Get more fuel for your jeep and generator - the fuel you have won't last long in anything longer than a short duration/mild emergency.
Get some cast iron cookware for your camping gear so you can campfire cook - practice that so you know how to cook that way.
Get some binos and (if you can afford it) some night vision gear.
If you are techo, get a drone with camera - it can tell you a lot about your neighborhood if you are bugging in and a charge the route ahead if you are bugging out.
Get some good fire extinguishers for your home. Get boards for your windows and sandbags for flood control and stopping bullets.
Maintain good operational security (OPSEC) - don't tell anyone about your prepping. If a crisis happens and you want to help relatives and friends, then let your preps be a surprise - until then, tell no one. What is seen cannot then be unseen - what is heard cannot then be unheard.
