New to canning, my green beans taste funny

Don't do green beans so this might not apply, but we blanch most vegetables we pressure can. Put them in boiling water for 1.5 - 3 minutes, followed by ice water bath to cool the quickly. This kills enzymes that might be causing you off taste.

I'm sure others will have comments.
