Why we can't stop the rioters

It has nothing to do with "condemnation" by other nations.
Since 1933, the USA has been covertly socialist and marching toward communism. To bypass the law, FDR used a "State of Emergency". In addition, CONgress granted vast powers to the president -and- the secretary of treasury (who is also the "U.S. governor" of the IMF, world bank,etc) who is NOT paid by the US Gubmint. (Codified in Title 12 USC sec. 95a, 95b)
And if you signed a "signature card" with any FedRes bank, wherein you "agreed to abide by the RULES OF THE BANK," you've consented to it all.
To what?

• The ten planks of the communist manifesto.
• The abolition of private property.
• The enslavement of yourself and your precious children.
• Perpetual bankruptcy to usurers.
• Pervasive interference by government.
• Loss of your Creator's endowed rights.

I fear that the "final countdown" is engaged, based on the nexus of economic chaos, COVID-19, BLM, antifa, "the homeless" and other forces being brought to bear in order to finally collapse "constitutional" USA... what little remains.
