Trump should just permanently move the federal courthouse or buildings to a better community on the eastern side of the mountains or another state if they aren't tied to it.. Like moving the US embassy to Jerusalem.

Why bother leaving it there? Move the court and blow the building up with old ordinance. Portland doesn't need a Federal court or any federal buildings.

That pulls millions of federal dollars from there to somewhere else. A small town of 20-30,000 people could use the cash inflow.
