Lots of time the mushrooms will dry out or get slimy in the fridge. You can store them for a few weeks in a fridge in a container lined with a paper towel. The paper will get soaking wet after a while, but mushroom's are pretty good compared to no paper towel storage. I use steam trays with some air venting capacity.
