I'm watching this on CNN live. I can't find any links. There are hundreds of people stranded on interstate I-75 in a rural area in Kentucky. They're able to tweet and communicate with LEO, and National Guard are trying to help. This is a hilly area on the interstate, and they are trying to tow several semi trucks over a hill to get traffic moving. Apparently they've been there for at least 8 hours now, some for as many as 16 hours, and people who are stuck in the traffic jam are tweeting that they need food and water. What is the matter with people who go out in this kind of weather and don't prepare for getting stuck in the snow for several hours?
It says that they have trucks to distribute food and water, but they are 7 miles behind the traffic jam. This is in Rockcastle County, Kentucky.
