Do US forces still use M193 in combat?

Just curious. Everything I read seems to suggest that older M16s with the original slower twist-rate barrels are used for basic training, qualifications and other non-combat roles, and that the newer M4s or refurbished M16s with new barrels are strictly using 62gr M855 or in some cases the 77gr OTM.

If that's the case, it makes me wonder if the various M193 producers will slow or stop production, or if civilian demand makes up for diminishing military use.
