Is there an instruction set on building a cheap 120VAC power converter to power a 100W LED chip? The cheap ones on eBay seem to fake. I saw some instructions on using a LM317 chip, but these seem to be based on a battery power source and power a tiny 1W bulb (powers supplies for those are cheap enough).
