Then, a gay conservative schedules a speech there, and the students burn the place down.

We need to start circulating rumours about conservative speakers appearing at various liberal venues nationwide and get them to burn down their every bastion and steonghold. Maybe even get legitimate appoints for second-rate conservative personalities to appear at the larger ones, just to really boost turnout and lend legitimacy to the smoke and mirrors.
