F22 HYBRID "weapon" for.. JAPAN?!?

Why! I am scratching my head.. JAPAN!?? NOT USA!?? WTH, F22 is better than any F35 in airframe, the F35 is better in tech. Then you combine them and USA dont keep any? I think USA is Total Screwing Up! Call it the F22 J (Juliet) the sweetheart of aviation. . Best airframe, plus best tech = best plane in decades
And i guess a minimum learning curve to top pilots. .
This F22 could replace the current F22s, and Dominate the skys like F16 and F18s.. used to.
