Layering mapsI am fairly computer literate but I have never gotten into graphics. I am looking for a way to layer maps. For example, I would like to take a file that is a rainfall map and a map that shows counties, cities and roads as well as a map showing flood plains and put them over each other. This sounds like something Photoshop would do but I don't want to fork over $700 for it. Is there a free option that produces good results?
