This is a genuine US military surplus ILBE MarPat Assault Pack.

The assault pack has padded shoulder straps with a quick release system and a sternum strap. The back panel is also padded for maximum comfort. Inside the main compartment is a pocket designed to hold a hydration bladder (not included).
