question about the Benchmade SOCP Knife, why so much?

so, i am pretty much broke now but for a damned good reason (got a dream knife!) and it'll be quite a while before i can save up for something again.

HOWEVER, the Benchmade SOCP Knife w/ Trainer Blade is a very intriguing little defensive blade that peaks my interest.

It's 440 Stainless and has a seemingly very neat sheath, not to mention a trainer knife that comes with it. Im wondering what justifies the $130 price tag for such a small knife made of 440? is it just for the cool factor/being designated a "sniper knife"? i also know that with some sales that Benchmade donates some $$$ for a sniper vet fund, thats cool. but $130???

is there anything similar to this but half that price or little less?
