From an Orthodox Christian point of view Adam is the Steward (made such by the Lord, the Creator) of this Material Universe and besides him and his children (which includes us) the other created material live beings are just animals/insect/fish, etc beings inferior to Adam. So Aliens do not fall in this categories and hence we consider them just another illusions of the devils, if they indeed want to go this route, as they impersonated sometimes Gods in the Ancient world.

A second point will be to talk about the possibility for inferior life (microbes cells,plants, etc) to exist on other planets or not. Orthodox Christians do not believe even that is possible since God created all these for Adam to govern or use. So only on Earth were all these created.
