Cucumber help needed

Ok. I don't know how or why I thought the cucumbers were bush plants. Let's just say lesson learned.

I thought I wasn't getting any cucumbers and I tried cutting back the vines because they were taking over everything else. That's when I noticed this massive cucumber and then several more. So now I have all these cucumbers that are green and white I assume from being stretched out so much.

Are they still edible? Can I make pickles that my husband keeps bothering me for if I slice them up? Or did I just lose a bunch of cucumbers because I'm a dork?
