Some options I have thought on are
Concrete - Hard to move unless you have equipment, but could stop a vehicle. Long lasting. Can be linked together with chain or rebar. Not overly expensive if you can work out a deal with a concrete plant. My BIL law has one close to his house and they will dump leftovers at his house as long as he has a form to fill. Down side is that these can be used as cover for attackers. To help against this a few feet wide section of barbed or razor wire could be coiled on the outside of these if they are a permanent emplacement.
Steel or Aluminum Gate type - Easy to store and not hard to move by hand, can be linked and locked together, but not as sturdy against vehicles if just standing linked. Might be able to connect to in-ground poured concrete bases. These would be long lasting. If you are near a large venue, then you might be able to collect a lot of these after SHTF, but not sure you want to be that close to that big of an area. lol
Cheval de frise - I think there is another name for these, but it escapes me right now. These can be used with barbed wire or not. Could be made out of 2x4s in an x pattern with other 2x4s tying those together. Could use logs in place of 2x4s as seen in the second image. The first is a more traditional one, but I foresee it being very labor intensive. A version of it could be made with a larger pipe with holes drilled and metal conduit as "spikes" slid through bolted or wended in place.
Fencing - Barbed wire, square wire, chain link, etc. Fairly easy to store before hand. Not very uncommon, so being in place before hand would not draw a lot of attention. Side benefit is it can be used for livestock. Barbed wire is pretty inexpensive and can be used with t posts or wood posts. Fairly east to cut through if just set up like a normal barbed wire or chain link fence. Not very effective against vehicles.
I am sure there are many others I am missing. What other idea do you have for barricades to limit movement onto your BOL property in areas without natural barriers?
