Emergency checklist/binder

I'm sure there has been a topic on this at some point, but I couldn't find one. Does anyone have a binder in their home to grab during or after an emergency? I'd like to have something my family could grab if I'm not home to tell them what to do. I'm sure there may even be lists out there to give me a jump start.

Grab this, do that, fill up the tubs, turn off the gas, etc for different disasters or situations that will take most of the thinking out of it for my family.

Earthquake
Tornado
Flood
Evac for wildfire or whatever
Medical
Power loss
Etc
