Plastic vehicle mounted fuel containers?

Anyone have any experience with the plastic fuel containers like rotolox or similar products?
I was looking at them for my atv to use on upcoming hatfield mccoy trail ride and thought they may work well for my vehicle.

My question is how much evaporation can a person expect being that it's mounted outside either on rear or roof exposed to direct light? Up to now I've always used metal NATO jerry cans,but these could be a space saver if functional.
