Practice Ammo? What's Your Favorite?

Generally I buy Winchester White Box for practice with my pistols(9, 40, 45), but the cheap .22 ammo thread got me thinking. My decision to buy white box has been 2 fold. 1. It's reasonably priced, 2. Reloadable brass. 3. Seems consistent enough for my shooting.

While we are at it. I've been shooting Tactical Eagle AE223 ammo through my AR. I keep my eye on Cabelas and pick it up when it gets around $7 a box. I shot some reloads through my AR, and noticed it seemed to group better than the Tactical Eagle.

So I am curious, what do you guys like? Why?
