My carb free diet

I started a carb free diet. I am trying to eat less than 30 grams of carbs a day, basically 90 percent meat or eggs. I started on January 9th, when I weighed 255 pounds.

Today's weight is 236. I will post my progress.

Eating three meals a day, generous portions. Exercise consists of an hour at the gym three times a week, and four mile walks on the other four days with a 30 pound pack on my back.

Diet is mostly steak, hamburger, chicken, eggs, and cottage cheese. No beverages other than water.
