Virus Warning When I am Browsing This Site

I browse the site several times a day. I rarely log on. Every time I am browsing I get a page that freezes the computer and says I have to call some number to get it unlocked. Anyone else get this? I have Norton and I run AntiMalware Bytes and Spybot search and destroy and no issues are coming up. Advice please.
