Garden pond silt removal

I have a concrete garden pond in my English garden. Due to real life issues,it was neglected that last 3 years. I have pumped it out with the hopes of cleaning it,putting fish back in, and refilling it with water.

It holds between 250 and 300 gallons. The bottom contains 10-12" of silt and muck. Any good way to get this out other than me climbing down there and bucketing it out? Any idea will be appreciated.
