Rice N Beans is so last year....

If looking for an alternate to rice n beans, allow me to introduce....

RICE N TUNA!!

It's like.... totally different. :-)

In all honesty though, it gives a different taste, and is still cheap, good protein, and something that stores awesome.

I started doing it out of necessity in college, and never stopped. Wife and I have this with our 2 kids 2-3 times a month.

pro tip: a shake of lemon pepper or a squirt of ranch makes it near gourmet.
