Take in mind these are just two states and the excuse is the Wuhan Flu.

And these just aren't minor offenders either. So if the poop hits the fan in the next 6 months not only will you have to deal with neighbors, strangers, etc....youll also have to deal with known criminals that will rape, rob, torture, and murder to feed themselves.

Wondering what the plan is for all the county jails and state prisons if say and EMP were to hit??
