Would 28million evictions kick off the day of the Guillotine

Been reading in a few places regarding the possibility of 20-28million evictions in the US. I wonder if that will finally spark massive social unrest in the US and eventually spark massive riots etc.

Once people have nothing to lose thats when SHTF hits the fan. As long as they have shelter and can watch Sports play videogames etc.. all is calm.

But take away shelter and bread and circuses thats where Day of the Guillotine. This is why I believe the political elites will continue to extend eviction postponent. I would not want to be a landlord stuck with people not paying rent for years.
